Danielle Herb, Marianne St. Clair of Drop Your Reins are working side by side with Debbie Manser ( Cheers Ranch ) to rehabilitate Hope who was recently rescued and has started her slow recovery process. It could take months before we see any lasting results.
Danielle and Marianne are bringing a holistic and alternative approach to assisting her heal. On Sunday when it looked like there was no way she could make it through the night, Danielle would not give up and continued giving Hope her own life energy through love, touch and dedication. Hope made it and the vet just checked her and said that Hope has the will to live and should continue to improve.
Any contributions are greatly appreciated for Hope and the other rescued horses at Cheers Ranch. We have food, supplies and vet expense give one of God’s Creatures a new lease on life and everyday she shares with us her appreciation and strong will to continue LIVING…
She gives us all HOPE in these times of uncertainty.
A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of seeing a young lady by the name of Danielle Herb perform horsemanship of very impressive caliber. SearchAmelia was invited to come and film a clinic that 15 year old Danielle gives to primarily ADHD and Autistic children: The central focus being mastering your fears and anxieties through body movements.
Prior to the start of the clinic we interviewed Danielle and her mother Maryanne and learned that Danielle was diagnosed as severe ADHD at age 5 and went on the long and hard road since then to master her fears and illness in a natural way, in her case through interaction with beautiful horses. She proudly called herself the Horse Listener, as she explained how a horse reflects and mirrors human action, gives and takes and ultimately how communication and clarity claim victory. After years of preparation Danielle started holding clinics for children with similar problems several months ago and soon found that the results were remarkable. The Drop Your Reins Experience was born.
This Saturday SearchAmelia.TV will have another film...
Yulee, Florida – School is out for another year and for many it means a great sense of accomplishment as they graduate and move from one grade onto another while others might not have reached the bar and will have to repeat the same grade once again.
Children’s missing the mark in school is not an isolated incident with just a few children but is growing nationally with studies showing the annual dropout reaching more than 500,000 per year. This is happening for many reasons and most children and parents do not know what to do to overcome the cycle.
Adhd seems to be a common label that many children are given these days and for many it is a label that they might never overcome the damaging affects of. Some common traits of children labeled, as ADHD are low self-esteem, shyness, inability to communicate, being bullied, misunderstood for their gifts, never feeling like they fit in, poor grades and more.

“I was so impressed by Danielle Herb and the “Drop Your Reins” experience. She was poised, eloquent, and inspiring. I was amazed at how the children gained self-confidence and self-respect after just a few minutes of training with her. She is a great young leader and I look forward to working with her, and CHEERS Horse Ranch in the future. Thank you both for all that you do for the children of Nassau County.” Stacy Johnson, Nassau County Commissioner
This was most definitely one of the greatest experiences I have had with my little Daaci Carolina so far. Daaci has a Chromosome Deletion and with that suffers from Sensory Integration Dysfunction and ADHD among other things, when you are missing part of a chromosome, things just do not seem to work together quite as easily as if you had all 46 of them. We have come so far with Daaci and conquered things that Doctors said she would never do. Now we have reached the point in her life when medication is mentioned and her Dad and I are not ready for that.
I found Danielle on the Cheers Website and I know now it was the best thing I could’ve done for Daaci. I cried when I watched the youtube of Danielle working with the children. What a special young lady, she has a gift. How amazing to learn from this young lady how Daaci is feeling sometimes. Then to take her out and sit little tiny Daaci on this huge animal and teach her to build her confidence by letting go and putting her arms in the air, this just clicked with Daaci. I was able to have...
